From Nothing to Something: How I Built My First Brand

I started with nothing but a vision and a phone. I’d call around, hustle for carpet and commercial cleaning contracts — residential too, just to get things rolling. I collected deposits before I even had full supplies, flipped those deposits into equipment, licenses, and the things I needed to get official. That’s how Audit Cleaning LLC was born. From there, it was all growth — one contract, one connection, one system at a time. I build majority of my companies with that same blueprint: low overhead, high impact, service-based businesses that help provide for people — especially the ones often overlooked, like the elderly or folks just trying to get through the week. My companies are built to serve and scale at the same time.

Why I Structure My Companies The way I Do

I use holding companies to protect, organize, and grow what I’m building. Each brand might serve a different market, but they all work together. Structuring things this way gives me control, clarity, and scalability — and it helps keep liability low while potential stays high. Everything flows up to the top, but each brand stands strong on its own.

Growing a Business Without Exhausting Yourself

I believe in chasing your goals — but not at the cost of your peace. Balancing business, mental health, and spirit takes real intention. Some days I’m all in, pushing late, building heavy. Other days, I step back, recharge, and refocus. You’ve got to know when to take rests and when to lock in. I don’t just build for money — I build for legacy, clarity, and freedom.
